Tailored Health first started in Massachusetts in 2013 to help address the health and human services needs of patients and clients, and to enable clients and families to fully participate in “care planning” and/or “service planning”. Tailored Health was established out of a compassionate heart to help cater for disabled individuals and their families in our communities, especially the under-served populations. With our “clients-first” business mindset and individualized approach to delivery of services, we customize and prioritize based on the primary concerns of the clients.
Whether through our direct-care services, staffing support to facilitates, and/or training and consulting services, we are strongly committed to improving patient care outcome through enhanced quality of patient care delivery in both inpatient and outpatient settings, and in human services.
Tailored Health LLC is insured, bonded and licensed by both the Dept of Labor Standards and the Dept Public Health Division of Health Care Facility Licensure & Certification. We have continued to effectively provide excellent support services to hospitals, nursing homes, Rehabs and Doctors offices across the New England area, and in the Southern states. Tailored Health LLC is a prominent nurse-owned agency with a wide-network of health and human services professionals and a large pool of compassionate and highly experienced professionals who are fully vetted, CORI-checked, and licensed to practice in the states of assignment.

Our Philosophy
At Tailored Health LLC, we treat our clients like a family of our own. Every client is cared for with equal attention according to the individual need and requirements. With our dedication to giving a holistic approach to care and services for our valued clients, we only hire employees in our team with the passion and drive to serve.
For our direct-patient care services, we provide a free individualized evaluation, and we meet with the client and family to discuss the plan of care. We keep a tight communication with the family members to keep them updated on the patient’s progress. The doctor’s data is kept on the file, and we stay in touch with our patient’s health providers. Our professionals are with you 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
For our staffing services, training/career rehabilitation services, and consulting services, we devise and offer short and long-term strategies while focusing on prioritizing based on client’s immediate needs.
